Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 2 years old to 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for US$50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests noted pools not regularly cleaned (verdant/green water staining swimsuits) and some issues with in-room spa functionality; other mentions of generally clean rooms. Overall cleanliness below excellent due to visible pool/maintenance issues.

Service

Mixed but generally strong: multiple reviews praise very friendly, attentive staff and special attention (birthday treatment); however there are recurring operational/service failures at check-in, billing errors and slower/annoyed breakfast service which lower a perfect score but overall staff friendliness is a major positive.

Location

Highly rated for setting: lush gardens, nature, spread-out rooms and serene environment are repeatedly praised; minor negatives include a poor-feeling entry with many billboards approaching the property.
