The villas are situated in Nakula, east of central Seminyak and close to the busy Sunset Road corridor. Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and everyday services are available around Nakula and Sunset Road, while Seminyak’s principal dining, boutique-shopping and nightlife areas lie farther west. Double Six Beach and Seminyak Beach are approximately 1.6 kilometres away, but the route is not especially convenient for walking in Bali’s heat and traffic. Taxis, ride-hailing services and the property’s scheduled local shuttle are more practical. Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 9.5 kilometres away.

• Sunset Star – approximately 1.3 kilometres: This local commercial complex provides shops, restaurants and practical services near Sunset Road.
• Double Six Beach – approximately 1.6 kilometres: The west-facing beach is known for sunsets, surfing, beach cafés and evening seating along the sand.
• Seminyak Beach – approximately 1.6 kilometres: This popular coastal stretch offers sunset views, surf conditions and access to beachfront dining.
• Eat Street – approximately 2 kilometres: The Kayu Aya dining area contains restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques serving a wide range of cuisines.

• Seminyak Village – approximately 3 kilometres: This compact shopping centre is surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and the Seminyak Square area.

• Use a taxi, ride-hailing service or the villa shuttle for the beach, as walking routes can be hot, congested and uneven.
• Allow considerably more airport-transfer time during afternoon and evening traffic around Sunset Road.
• Reserve in-villa spa treatments, floating breakfasts and private dinners in advance because additional charges and availability apply.
• Check current sea conditions and warning flags before swimming at Double Six or Seminyak Beach.
• Confirm arrangements directly with the property when bringing a pet, as limits and additional conditions apply.

April to October is generally Bali’s drier period, with lower humidity and more reliable conditions for beaches and outdoor dining. July and August are especially busy, while April to June and September to October often provide a better balance of weather and visitor numbers. November to March is wetter and more humid, with heavier showers and occasional beach debris. Nyepi causes island-wide closures and travel restrictions for 24 hours.
